Return Eligibility

At Saad’s List, we take great pride in the quality and curation of our offerings. Should you wish to return an item, products may be eligible for return within 1–2 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and remain in their original, pristine packaging.

Return Process

To begin a return, we kindly ask you to contact our Client Care team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process with the level of service you expect from Saad’s List.
Unless the item received is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accommodated based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you will be issued a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
